1.2 All customers are issued a quote and a bill of lading that they are required to sign. The specific details of service for each individual customer, including scope of service, pricing, scheduling, addendums, credit card authorization forms, etc. is outlined in all estimates and contracts.
2. Service Appointments and Cancellations:
2.1 Service appointments can be scheduled online, over the phone at (323) 828-0555, or through electronic communication.
2.2 Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice by emailing cancelation@goodneighborsmoving.com. Failure to cancel within the specified time will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the minimum charges outlined in. Cancelation policies are outlined clearly in all estimates.
3. Payments and Pricing:
3.1 Payment for services is due before unload unless otherwise agreed upon.
3.2 We accept various forms of payment, as specified in all estimates.
3.3 Prices for our services are subject to change without prior notice.

7.2 Opt-Out Option: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the shortcode. After you send “STOP,” we will send an SMS to confirm your unsubscription. Once confirmed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, simply sign up as you did initially.
7.3 Help and Support: For assistance with our messaging program, reply with “HELP” or contact us directly at (323) 828-0555. Please note that carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
7.4 Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and from you to us. You may receive up to 7 messages weekly, with the possibility of receiving more messages in response to your interactions.
